Office Assistant for photo / film support service

Film/photo/event production support company seeks a full-time Office Assistant to support the company president with daily office business and personal tasks as well as general office support.  Our company is a support service for clients who are producing TV shows, feature films, music videos, fashion shoots, television commercials, web content and events.
This position will be working out of the business office in South Beach where you must be capable of working independently to proactively accomplish tasks and projects.  The ideal candidate needs to be ok with working outside of normal business hours and being flexible!  Room for advancement in a growing company!
Necessary qualities:
*Professional written and verbal business communication skills
*Extremely detail oriented and organized.
*Social Media experience (for business)
*Online research skills
*Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Self-starter.
* Flexible, able to change course quickly.
* Must be a capable multi-tasker
*Willing to work beyond normal business hours  
*Analytical thinking skills
*Reliable vehicle for errands
*Willing to go above and beyond
Job Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Office administrative tasks for company president and other office needs
• Running business and personal errands as needed
• Misc. business and personal projects
*Production/set experience, social media / marketing experience a plus
This position will offer valuable experience along with a unique perspective of the ins & outs of the vibrant South Florida production industry. 
 
We are looking to fill this position immediately – Base pay will be $600 salary per week
