IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING NEW OFF-DUTY MIAMI-DADE POLICE SCHEDULING POLICIES!
The Miami-Dade Police department has changed its policy for hiring off-duty officers.
Orders for off-duty officers must be made to the Miami-Dade Film Office NO LATER THAN 9am - THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR SHOOT. If there are changes to your call times or last minute requests for off-duty police that come in less than 24 hours before the officer’s call-time, additional fees of up to $650.00 may be charged for MDPD’s off-duty coordinators to schedule or make changes related to off-duty officers.
We request productions to both email and call Miami-Dade Film Office when making arrangements for off-duty officers.
