Bridges  – Rolling Roadblock 

What’s required:
Apply for a film/photo permit with particular jurisdiction
(i.e., County, City of Miami, etc.)


◊ Off-duty Police approved and staffed per the particular film permitting
   jurisdiction.
◊ Requesting a rolling roadblock either Northbound, Southbound,
   Eastbound or Westbound.
◊ Only able to film one direction at a time.
◊ Must travel with the flow of traffic.
◊ Production can’t interfere with pedestrians, bridge operations or
   marine traffic.
◊ Once FilMiami receives all the proper approvals, Coast Guard and
   Coast Guard Bridges Division are notified
◊ Usually 3 days for approval.
◊ Non-Rush hours Monday-Friday, 10am – 3pm or after 7pm.
◊ Production required to provide list of special events in the area during
   the time of the request.
◊ Easiest Bridge - for Rolling Roadblocks only:
