Civil Penalties and Fines
◊ Filming without a permit, falsifying the information on a permit or omitting information on a film/photo permit will be a violation of the Miami-Dade County Code under section 2-8.1. The fines associated with those violations are as follows:
• Disclosing false information $500
• Failure to obtain a film or photo permit $200
• Illegal object in the right-of-way not conforming with Public Works Manual $200
◊ Violations will be issued civil citations. Enforcement will be conducted by Miami-Dade County police, code compliance officers or any other Miami-Dade County or municipal employee.
