Film Permitting on Private Property

◊ It depends on where the private property is and what you
are doing. If you are completely self-contained on private
property in unincorporated Miami-Dade County and not
using faux weapons or special effects, then we do not
   require a permit.

◊ Most of the municipalities we permit for do not require a
permit for private property. They do require we notify them.

◊ South Miami requires a permit for private property and has
additional fees. City of Miami beach and City of Miami also
   require permits for private property.

Please allow additional time when requesting to film in a municipality. Some require two weeks' notice.
